ALUMINUM WALL BASE
Aluminum 5052 (14 GA) is highly formable and have more strength than 1100 and 3003 aluminum plates and sheets. They are easy to weld and resist corrosion but are not heat-treatable. .050" thick, 14 GA.
Aluminum Light Brushed .050" tk 14 GA: light brush marks
Aluminum Medium Brushed Anodized .040" tk 18 GA: Medium brush marks and clear anodized for a finger-print free finish.
Aluminum Satin Anodized .040" tk 18 GA & 14 GA : Virtually no reflectivity and clear anodized for a finger-print free finish.
Aluminum Colors .040 18 GA: Architectural exterior grade colors.
Options: Standard Heights: 2", 4", 4-3/4", 6", or 8" (custom heights available).
Straight, 1/4"Cove Bend, or 3/8" Curve, choose your base type at checkout.
Standard Lengths: 48", 95" or 96" (custom sizes available). Note: 96" ships freight
All Base Molding feature heavy duty solid metal construction. Straight molding can be installed onto curved walls - bendable down to 12” radius walls by omitting the kick.
